The program can be completed in the 12 week block – note that groups will not run through school holidays and may have a week break in between modules if required. The Substance Use module may fit in these breaks. This will depend on demand.Â

If you prefer to slow things down you can do one or 2 four week module blocks and then wait until a later date (possibly a new calendar year) to finish the last 4 week block(s). Retention of learning is often better when learning is slowed down. If however you are struggling with a lot of high risk behaviours eg self harm, suicidality, or severe emotion dysregulation then minimal gaps is preferable.

Whether you choose to slow down your learning or do the program all in one big effort, the key to success appears to be continued practice or skills.Â
