Fees and Room Hire

DBT Individual Sessions 55 Minutes

Individual sessions for DBT are generally weekly and cost $220 per session. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan through your GP you can get approx $87 rebate from this cost for up to 10 sessions per year. (Note that the number of sessions per year is across any service providers so if you have seen another person and had some sessions this will count towards the 10 available through Medicare per calendar year.

EMDR Individual Sessions
55 or 90 Minutes

Most EMDR Sessions are charged at $220 per hour with the Mental Health Care Plan rebate (approx $87) available if you are eligible. Some EMDR sessions require 90 minute sessions and this will be discussed with you. This is generally only in the trauma processing stage and is to ensure that the session is complete and if not at least well concluded for your wellbeing before you leave. These sessions will cost $250 but the same medicare rebate will apply.

General Mental Health and other Individual Sessions

Sessions are $220 per 55 minute session. I am happy to see people who do not have a mental health care plan but in this case medicare rebates are not available.

DBT Group Sessions

Group fees are determined according to the clinical group being offered and how many staff are required to ensure the safe and most beneficial process for the group. The DBT group is set at $2750 for the 12 weeks. Alternatively each 4 week block costs $990 if. you don't want to pay for the whole 12 weeks up front. Medicare rebates for groups are available under a Mental Health Care Plan for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. for DBT

Group Room Hire

UMeUs Office has a group room available for hire at minimum half day bookings. The room comfortably seats 12. This room has foldable tables and stackable chairs and could also be used for play or some movement based therapy. Hire of this space for a 4 hour block is $88 or for a full day $132. Therapy Room Hire

Therapy room available for hire on a daily basis. $110 per day (including GST). Photos coming soon
